+Product Details
IITSUMO currently imports all products from Korea. The products listed are pre-orders only, unless otherwise stated. Once your order has been confirmed, it will arrive in Singapore in about 2-4 weeks. However, IITSUMO will not be responsible if shipment is late on supplier’s side.
Please note that actual colour of the product and product feel may differ slightly from images displayed on your computer due to monitor settings. Also, note that size may vary slightly depending on measurement method.
+Price
Prices are in SGD and inclusive of normal postage within Singapore. There will be additional charges for registered postage (Singapore customers) and worldwide shipping (Overseas customers).
Do note that for PayPal payments, there will be an additional charge of 3.5% of total purchase, due to merchant charges imposed on us by Paypal.
All prices are final and non-negotiable.
+Payment
At IITSUMO, we only accept full payment, which must be made within 48 hours upon receiving order confirmation email. This is to facilitate faster processing and delivery of orders. The products will be sent out promptly once the shipment arrives.

After which, you will need to notify us of your payment via email with the Transaction Date, Bank Transfer Details and Order Number. Once your payment has been accepted and is reflected on our POSB or UOB bank account statement, an Invoice will be sent to comfirm receipt of your payment and we will process your order promptly.

For overseas customers, please make your payment via PayPal.

+Delivery
IITSUMO provides free normal postage for your purchase within Singapore. However, IITSUMO will not be held liable for lost parcels if customer chooses to opt for normal mail. We strongly encourage all buyers to opt for registered mail as tracking will be provided.
IITSUMO ships worldwide. Shipping charges are reflected upon checking out.
IITSUMO uses SingPost to ship all parcels within or out of Singapore and will not be liable for any delayed lost parcels under SingPost's responsibility.

At IITSUMO, we pride ourselves with sending out items that have passed our quality checks.
Should you receive items in unsatisfactory conditions, please email IITSUMO immediately. Exchange and refund are strictly on a case to case scenario.
